Now that the sessions have unlocked the fascia in multiple areas I’m regaining range of motion, lessening the nerve pain, and able to challenge myself to strength training with the Vasper and Oxygen Therapy. I came to HumanBlu upon the referrals of several trusted friends after going through surgery to alleviate pain I was experiencing daily. Within two weeks of sessions, I saw and felt improvements in energy levels, range of motion, balance issues, cognitive issues, and a reduction in pain. My goal is to “energize to exercise” and get back to a healthy and active lifestyle which includes swimming, yoga, and strength training.
