How does acoustic wave therapy work?
A handheld applicator sends gentle acoustic (sound) waves into your muscles and soft tissue. The waves stimulate circulation and help tight tissue release, which supports mobility and recovery.
Why pair it with assisted stretching?
By loosening tight tissue first, acoustic wave therapy lets a stretch go further. Many clients add it to an assisted stretch session, and the Optimize membership includes four assisted stretch or acoustic wave sessions a month.
